What data we process and why

a) Contact form. We collect your name, your hotel's name, your email address, your phone number (optional) and the message you write to us. Purpose: to handle your direct booking audit request and get in touch with you. Legal basis: your consent, which you give when submitting the form.

b) Form delivery (Web3Forms). The form is submitted through the provider Web3Forms, which acts as data processor: it receives the form data, delivers it to us by email and keeps it for a maximum of 30 days on its service. Web3Forms is a third-party service; you can read its privacy policy at https://web3forms.com/privacy.

c) Contact via WhatsApp. If you write to us on WhatsApp, we'll process the data of that conversation in order to handle your inquiry. WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own privacy policy.

d) Web analytics (Google Analytics). We use Google Analytics (GA4), by Google, which uses cookies and may transfer data outside the European Union. This analytics only runs if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent.

Retention

We keep the form data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, the subsequent relationship. Web3Forms keeps it for a maximum of 30 days.

Recipients

Your data is shared with Web3Forms (form handling) and Google (web analytics), as processors or service providers. No data is passed on to other third parties, except where legally required.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to Felipe@Arribadagrowth.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you consider that the processing doesn't comply with the law.
